Method of Payment and Shipping
At present we do not accept credit cards. To offset any inconvenience, we
normally pay shipping and handling costs and handle payment as follows:
U.S. Orders:
Within the domestic U.S. we accept business checks, money orders and bank
cashier checks. Personal checks are often accepted from past customers. All
checks and money orders are made payable to: H. E. Chamberlain. We primarily
use Airborne 2 day, and for COD shipments FedEx 3 day service. With FedEx,
shipments can be held and picked up at a local FedEx office if desired. Within
the U.S. we normally pay all shipping and handling costs (Alaska and Hawaii
may be excepted) unless faster service is required. Airbill numbers and
tracking information are provided. Small items are shipped via U.S.P.S.
insured and Priority Mail as appropriate.
International Orders (other than Canada):
We normally request an International Postal Money Order in $U.S. (payable to
H. E. Chamberlain), or a bank wire transfer of funds. For international
shipping, U.S. Post Office International Express Package service and Global
Priority mail have proven fast and cost effective. We will advise of the
shipping cost and often share in the expense. We prepare your duty
documentation per your request, as well as provide airbill numbers and
tracking information.
Canadian Orders:
For Canada, bank cashiers checks in U.S. funds, International Postal Money
orders ($U.S), or bank wire transfer of funds are accepted. UPS or U.S. Post
Office package and Global Priority services are used. Shipping costs are often
paid in full, or shared, depending on the weight and service required.
